I currently accept most Cigna, Aetna, and Highmark plans (commercial, non Medicaid).

If your plan is out-of-network, I am not currently able to provide superbills to submit for possible reimbursement.

For those with financial means and stability, my private pay/out-of-pocket rate is $165

For those with limited financial stability, impacted by systemic oppression, ect, I offer sliding scale when available.
